Devoted Dental Group and its affiliated dental offices (Devoted Dental Warren, Devoted Dental Highland, Devoted Dental Chesterfield, Devoted Dental Livonia, Devoted Dental Wyandotte, Devoted Dental Farmington Hills, and Devoted Dental Taylor) are referred to as "Devoted Dental," "we," "us," or "our."
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, requesting an appointment, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or text messaging program.
2. Website Use
Our website is provided for general information and to help you request appointments and contact our offices. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information in any form you submit. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, access it by unauthorized means, or use it to send unsolicited or harmful material. All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Devoted Dental Group or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
3. No Medical Advice; Appointments
Information on this website, including blog posts, service pages, and insurance information, is for general education and is not a substitute for a dental exam, diagnosis, or professional advice. Insurance acceptance, benefits, pricing, and special offers are subject to verification and to the terms of each patient's plan. Submitting a form or text message does not create a patient-provider relationship or guarantee an appointment. In an emergency, call 911.
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms
This section describes the Devoted Dental Group text messaging program ("Program"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to the following terms.
Program description and message types. Devoted Dental Group sends text messages related to your dental care and account, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, recall and recare notices, scheduling changes, billing and account notices, forms and follow-up care instructions, and replies to your questions. We send promotional messages, such as special offers, only if you separately agree to receive them.
How you opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile number to one of our offices, on our website forms or booking tools, or on our patient paperwork, and agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of receiving dental care.
Your confirmations. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or are the parent or legal guardian of the patient), that you own or are authorized to use the mobile number you provide, and that you agree to receive the messages described above.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and account activity. You can expect up to 10 messages per month.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Devoted Dental Group does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also ask any of our offices to remove your number. Opting out of text messages does not affect your appointments or care.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at contact@devoteddentalgroup.com or at any of our office phone numbers listed in Section 10.
Supported carriers. The Program is available on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Devoted Dental Group is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by carriers, devices, or other third parties.
Privacy of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Sensitive information. Text messages are not a secure way to share health information. Please do not include sensitive medical details, Social Security numbers, or payment card numbers in a text message to us.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not share consumer information with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Links to Other Websites
Our website may link to third-party websites and services, such as our online booking and financing partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.
